The food at Wedding University was excellent - just what you would expect from the Four Seasons. The presentation was artistic. And the level of service was superb. Every staff member was very willing to help - with a smile! Many thanks to Julie Kiendra, Kelly Nelson and Paul Kuhn.
There were four superb course served between class sessions. Even though everyone was so full from the previous three courses, everyone forced themselves to have "just a bite" of the fabulous dessert bar. There were perfect little creme brulees, fruit tarts, parfaits and chocolate mousses. Everything was tempting!
